Olmstead Compliance Act of 2004

Synopsis:

Establishing specified tests to determine if an individual is eligible for nursing facility services; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified regulations; requiring the Department to develop a specified program on or before July 1, 2004, to reduce the number of nursing facility beds occupied by medical assistance long-term care recipients in each county and Baltimore City; etc.
