Program
Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to apply for a
specified waiver under the federal Social Security Act; requiring that
specified services are not subject to a specified program; requiring
the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to study ways to provide
incentives for local community care organizations and to report to
committees of the General Assembly by September 30, 2004; and
requiring the Department to make a specified annual report to the
General Assembly for four years beginning December 1, 2004.
