Declaring the intent of the General Assembly; defining a specified term; prohibiting specified students from harassing or intimidating another student; requiring specified individuals to report incidents under specified circumstances; requiring a county board of education to establish a harassment and intimidation prevention program for specified individuals; requiring a county board of education to incorporate specified policies in its training program; etc.
