Entitled:
Vehicle Laws - Provisional Driver's License Restriction for a Minor - Prohibition against Minors as Passengers

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to impose a restriction on the original provisional driver's license of a minor that prohibits the minor from transporting individuals under a specified age; requiring the restriction to be in effect for a specified time period; exempting specified passengers from the provisions of the Act; authorizing a police officer to enforce the Act only as a secondary violation; etc.
