Somerset County - Sale of Great Hope Golf Course - Authorization

Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of Somerset County to sell the property known as the Great Hope Golf Course at private sale to any person under any terms that the county commissioners consider appropriate; and providing that a specified provision of the Annotated Code of Maryland relating to the sale of property by the county commissioners does not apply to the sale of property authorized by the Act.
