Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of Public Works to provide a 30-day public notice and hold a public hearing prior to approving a reduction in appropriations; requiring the Board of Public Works to provide notice of proposed reductions in appropriations to specified committees in the General Assembly; requiring the Board of Public Works to publish specified public notices in at least three newspapers of statewide circulation; etc.
