Establishing the Maryland Senior Rides Demonstration Program within the Maryland Transit Administration; establishing the purpose of the Program and the criteria for participating in and awarding grants under the Program; authorizing a Program participant to provide door-to-door transportation to an eligible senior who does not reside in a specified geographic area under specified circumstances; etc.
