Public Health - Abortion - Parental Notice

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a physician from performing an abortion on an unmarried minor unless the physician gave actual or constructive notice to a parent of the minor; authorizing a physician to perform an abortion on a minor under specified circumstances; authorizing a minor to file a petition with a circuit court for waiver of the parental notice requirement; etc.
