Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Budget and Management to develop a managing for results State comprehensive plan by January 31, 2005; requiring the Department to review and update goals, objectives, and performance measures; requiring State agencies to select no more than six agency goals that meet specified criteria; requiring the Management for Results Steering Committee within the Department, in consultation with the Office of Legislative Audits, to submit a specified report; etc.
