Repealing the exemption for nonstock corporations from a specified filing fee requirement; requiring that specified fees for the expedited review and processing of specified documents be charged each time a document is submitted for filing; altering specified fees for the expedited review and processing of specified documents; establishing a fee for the expedited review and processing of a preclearance of specified documents; etc.
