Transportation - State Highway Administration - Sale of Land Not Needed for Public Purposes

Synopsis:

Altering the procedures by which the State Highway Administration is authorized to dispose of specified surplus property; establishing the right of specified persons to reacquire specified surplus property under specified terms and conditions and for a specified price under specified circumstances; and providing for the termination of the Act.
