Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Planning to provide notice regarding excess real property to specified committees, members of the General Assembly, and adjacent property owners; requiring units of State government to include specified information regarding excess property in a specified notification; requiring units and the Department to maintain public records about determinations made about specified property; etc
