Vehicle Laws - Minor Holding Provisional Driver's License - Prohibition Against Minors as Passengers

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the holder of a provisional driver's license who is a minor from transporting individuals under the age of 18 years as passengers except under specified circumstances; requiring the prohibition to be in effect for a specified period of time; exempting specified passengers from the provisions of the Act; providing for secondary enforcement of a violation; and making the violation a moving violation.
