Vehicle Laws - Provisional Driver's License Restriction for a Minor - Prohibition Against Minors as Passengers

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to impose a restriction on the provisional driver's license of a minor that prohibits the minor from transporting individuals under the age of 18 years as passengers; requiring the restriction to be in effect for a specified period of time; exempting specified passengers from the provisions of the Act; providing for secondary enforcement of a violation of the restriction; and making the violation a moving violation.
