Deferred Retirement Option Program - Eligibility

Synopsis:

Providing that specified members of the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System or State Police Retirement System who were not eligible to participate in the Deferred Retirement Option Program for 4 years because they had more than 24 years of service credit are eligible to participate retroactively or prospectively in the Deferred Retirement Option Program; providing the period of time these members may participate in the Deferred Retirement Option Program; etc.
