Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Persons Incompetent to Stand Trial or Juvenile Adjudication; providing for the membership, duties, staffing, and selection of the chair of the Task Force; providing that the members of the Task Force may not receive compensation but are entitled to specified reimbursement; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 31, 2005; etc.
