Renaming the Seafood Marketing Authority within the State Department of Agriculture to be the Seafood Marketing and Aquaculture Development Program; renaming and altering the duties of the Aquaculture Advisory Committee within the Department; establishing and providing for the duties of the Aquaculture Review Board within the Department; establishing and providing for the duties of the Seafood Program Management Team within the Department; etc.
