Garrett County - Property Tax Credit - Adventure Sports Center, Inc.

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Garrett County to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the county property tax imposed on property that is owned by Adventure Sports Center, Inc.; authorizing the governing body of Garrett County to set the amount and duration of the credit and to adopt any other provisions necessary to administer the credit; and applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2005.
