Procurement - Debarment - Violations of Law

Synopsis:

Authorizing the debarment of a person from entering into a contract with the State if the person has been criminally convicted of a specified number of violations of specified laws or has committed specified violations of specified laws and has been subject to specified findings of civil liability.
