Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance - Hearings on Proposed Actions by Insurers - Attorney Fees

Synopsis:

Altering specified information an insurer under a policy of motor vehicle liability insurance must include in a notice to the insured; and clarifying the circumstances under which the Maryland Insurance Commissioner shall order an insurer under a policy of motor vehicle liability insurance to pay reasonable attorney fees to the insured after a specified hearing.
