Synopsis:

Authorizing and restricting the use of commercial advertising signs on specified bus passenger shelters; authorizing the State Highway Administration to enter into specified agreements for specified advertising under specified conditions; authorizing the Administration to receive compensation pursuant to specified agreements; authorizing a municipal corporation, county, or transit operator to enter into an agreement to construct, operate, and maintain bus passenger shelters on a State right-of-way; etc.
