Real Property - Residential Property Disclaimer and Disclosure Statements - Latent Defects

Synopsis:

Requiring that a residential property disclaimer statement disclose any latent defects of which the vendor has actual knowledge and state that, except for latent defects that are disclosed, the vendor makes no representations or warranties and that a purchaser will receive the real property "as is", with all defects, including latent defects, that may exist, except as otherwise provided in the contract of sale; requiring the State Real Estate Commission to include specified information in a specified form; etc.
