Public Education Bridge to Excellence - Funding - Video Lottery Terminals

Synopsis:

Authorizing the operation of video lottery terminals in the State; requiring the State Lottery Commission to regulate the operation of video lottery terminals; altering a specified geographic cost of education index grant to be a mandatory education funding requirement; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish regional centers and conduct a specified study regarding gambling; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to make specified grants; etc.
