Criminal Justice Information System - National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact

Synopsis:

Enacting the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact; establishing the purpose, responsibilities, and procedures of the Compact; establishing the organization and membership of the Compact Council and the Council's authority to adopt rules, procedures, and standards; providing for the designation of a Compact Officer for the State; requiring compliance with specified standards; etc.
