Employees' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retirees

Synopsis:

Exempting from a specified offset of a retirement allowance specified retirees of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System who are reemployed as health care practitioners under specified circumstances; providing that specified retirees of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System may be reemployed for a period of not more than 4 years; etc.
