Consumer Protection - Immigration Consulting Services

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified individuals from providing specified services to noncitizens; providing specified exceptions; prohibiting an immigration consultant from taking specified actions; establishing a rebuttable presumption; requiring a specified contract to be executed before an immigration consultant provides specified assistance; authorizing the court to award specified damages; etc.
