Synopsis:

Establishing a specified State policy with regard to jurisdiction over crimes and persons; establishing that a person shall be subject to prosecution in this State for offenses committed while the person is physically located either within or outside this State under specified circumstances; establishing that a person shall be subject to prosecution in this State for specified conduct committed either wholly or partly within this State under specified circumstances; etc.
