Baltimore City Community College - Governance

Synopsis:

Altering the membership of the Board of Trustees of Baltimore City Community College; providing that the specified faculty members, elected by the Faculty Senate, are members of the Board of Trustees; providing for the terms of the faculty members and clarifying the role of the Board of Trustees; prohibiting the Board of Trustees from participating in the daily operations of the College; requiring the Board of Trustees to appoint an interim president when the Office of the President is vacant; etc.
