Horse Racing - Purses and the Racing Special Fund - Allocation

Synopsis:

Creating a special fund consisting of specified revenues; requiring that money from the special fund be used for purses for the running of the Pimlico Special and for purses at Rosecroft Raceway; requiring that the funds be allocated by the Maryland Racing Commission in a specified manner; requiring that after specified deductions from the Racing Special Fund are made, specified funds are to be allocated in a specified manner by the Comptroller; etc.
