Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $441,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital, Inc. for the planning, design, and construction of various structures and facilities throughout Camp Winona, including a dining hall, located in Hughesville; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
