Consumer Protection - Motor Vehicle Buyer's Bill of Rights

Synopsis:

Requiring a dealer of specified motor vehicles to provide a financing disclosure form to a consumer buyer before the consumer buyer signs an agreement to finance the purchase of a motor vehicle from the dealer; specifying the contents of the form; requiring the form to be signed by the consumer buyer and the dealer; requiring a dealer to maintain a copy of the signed form in specified records; etc.
