Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Olney Boys and Girls Club Community Park

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Olney Boys and Girls Community Sports Association, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of improvements to the Olney Boys and Girls Club Community Park located in Olney; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
