Uniform Commercial Code - Secured Transactions - Continuation Statement - Transition Rules

Synopsis:

Confirming the effectiveness of a continuation statement filed under Title 9 (Secured Transactions) of the Uniform Commercial Code between January 1, 2006, and June 30, 2006, to continue in effect a financing statement filed before July 1, 2001; and providing that the Act applies to all continuation statements filed before July 1, 2006.
