Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transit Administration to establish a commuter bus line connecting Anne Arundel County and Queen Anne's County; designating stops for the commuter bus line required under the Act; requiring the Administration to adopt a schedule at which buses arrive at and depart from each designated stop at least three times each morning and at least three times each afternoon; etc.
