Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - James Brice House

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the International Masonry Institute for the planning, design, repair, and renovation of the exterior masonry, windows, and wood trim at the James Brice House; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
