Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $700,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County
Council of Montgomery County for the planning, design, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of improvements to
various buildings and structures, including the Chautauqua Tower, at
Glen Echo Park; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds;
requiring the grantee to grant and convey a historic easement to the
Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
