Synopsis:

Establishing the Senate Building Trust; providing for the membership of the Trust; authorizing the Trust to determine its meetings; establishing the general duties of the Trust; requiring that specified maintenance, repairs, or improvements be conducted in accordance with specified policies and standards of the Department of General Services; requiring the Trust to retain a consultant for specified purposes; etc.
