Creation of a State Debt - Carroll County - Friendship School

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Friendship School, Inc., for the acquisition, construction, and capital equipping of a new facility to be used by the Friendship School, Inc., and the Margaret Byrd Rawson Institute, Inc., as a school for children with language disabilities and for teachers trained to work with children with language disabilities; etc.
