Circuit Courts - Medical Injury - Medical Malpractice Administrative Review Board

Synopsis:

Requiring that specified medical injury actions filed on or after June 1, 2007, be submitted to a medical malpractice review board; requiring a circuit administrative judge to appoint a circuit court judge to chair a board; suspending specified time limits for a specified period for the review; requiring a board to make specified determinations concerning liability and proximate cause and issue a decision; providing for the admission of the decision in a subsequent trial; etc.
