Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Queen Anne's County to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the county property tax imposed on businesses that make specified real property improvements; providing that the governing body may define, fix, or limit the amount, terms, scope, and duration of a specified property tax credit; and providing for the implementation of the credit.
