Synopsis:

Extending from June 30, 2007, to June 30, 2009, the termination date applicable to provisions authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the local property tax imposed on newly constructed dwellings under specified circumstances; etc.
