State Police Retirement System - Retirees and Beneficiaries of Retirees - Benefits

Synopsis:

Setting a minimum service retirement allowance for specified retirees and beneficiaries of retirees of the State Police Retirement System who retired on or before June 30, 1999; increasing the service retirement allowance of specified retirees and beneficiaries of retirees of the State Police Retirement System; and requiring that increases to the retirement allowance of specified retirees and beneficiaries be made before any lien amounts are deducted.
