Creating in Prince George's County a Class B-DD (Development District) 7-day beer, wine and liquor license for on-sale consumption; specifying a license fee; specifying that a Class B-DD license be issued only for restaurants that meet an average daily receipts requirement and that are located in a development district in the Woodmore Towne Centre at Glenarden; etc.
