Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Children's Theatre of Annapolis

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $225,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Children's Theatre of Annapolis, Inc. for the design, construction, renovation, and capital equipping of a theater complex and educational facility; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
