Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Hope House

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Addiction Recovery, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and capital equipping of Hope House, an alcohol and drug addiction residential treatment facility, located in Crownsville; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
