Synopsis:

Establishing a Baby Boomer Initiative Council; establishing the membership of the Council; requiring the Governor to appoint the chair of the Council; establishing the duties of the Council; requiring the Council to make specified recommendations; providing for the staffing of the Council; requiring the Council to provide specified reports to the Governor and General Assembly on or before specified dates; providing for the termination of the Act; and defining specified terms.
