Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on the Policy and Funding Implications of the High School Assessment as a Graduation Requirement; providing for the membership, duties, and staffing of the Task Force; providing for the designation of the cochairs of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to submit a report by December 31, 2007; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving compensation; authorizing a member of the Task Force to receive specified reimbursements; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
