Lead-Containing Products - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the manufacture, sale, offer for sale, importation, or distribution of specified lead-containing children's products or lead- adulterated consumable products; providing that specified provisions of the Act do not apply to specified electronic devices; etc.
