Public Service Commission - For-Hire Driver's License - Review of Driving Record of Applicant

Synopsis:

Requiring that the Public Service Commission require a review of the complete Maryland driving record of an applicant for a for-hire driver's license; and requiring a review of specified portions of the driving record of an applicant from each state in which the applicant held a driver's license during a specified time period under specified circumstances.
