Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - L.A.M.B. Community Resource Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $500,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of
L.A.M.B., Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the community
resource center; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds,
subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a
matching fund; prohibiting the loan proceeds or the matching fund from
being used for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
